1. Data Collection & Security
- Automated Logging: We capture IP addresses and browser metadata strictly for security auditing and to prevent unauthorised access to our digital infrastructure (including WordPress, MariaDB, VM and Cloud Console).
- Third-Party Processing: All financial transactions are processed via Paystack. We do not store sensitive cardholder data on our local servers.
2. Subscription & Payment Terms
- Kreator Club™ Memberships: By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing through Paystack.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice sent to your registered email address.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act) of South Africa.
A. Digital Products & Subscriptions (Kreator Club™)
- Cooling-Off Period: In accordance with Section 44 of the ECT Act, a 7-day cooling-off period applies to all digital subscriptions. A full refund is available if requested within 7 days of the initial transaction, if monthly benefits have not yet been accessed. (consultation, coffee etc)
- Specialised Services: Cooling off period does not apply to, VM hosting, Web App Deployment and related Cloud Computing Services, Recording, On-site consultation and editing.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing josh@earthyhuman.co.za. Your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial months.
B. Physical Products (Equipment/Garments)
- Defective Goods: If a product is defective or fails to meet the quality standards promised, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months of delivery (as per the CPA).
- Returns: For non-defective items, we offer a 14-day return window. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
C. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed via Paystack to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
